Inspired by the same timeless story that gave rise to My Fair Lady, The Pygmalion Effect explores the powerful idea that belief can shape destiny; that when someone sees greatness in you, you begin to become it. In this striking ballet, a swaggering ballroom champion makes a bold bet: to transform an outspoken, unpolished young woman into a star. What begins as a challenge soon turns into a journey of self-discovery, where ambition, pride, and emotion collide.
Created by Boris Eifman, one of the world’s leading choreographers and a Golden Mask Award winner, the production combines gripping storytelling with spectacular, large-scale dance.
